I will leave the library in the condition in which I found it, including but not limited to, refraining from causing damage to any library property, equipment, or facilities. 3. I understand that no illegal activities, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, or drug use, are allowed during the event, and I will comply with all local, state, and federal laws. 4. I will not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior towards library staff, fellow participants, or any individuals involved in the event. 5. I will not film or photograph content that portrays the library in a negative or derogatory manner. 6. I will provide the Willard Public Library with links to any content we produce and publish, including but not limited to photographs, films, articles, press releases, and social media, and will take down or retract any content at the library's request. Release of Liability

I acknowledge that inherent risks are involved in participating in the Paranormal Investigation. In consideration for being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and discharge the Willard Public Library and its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (hereinafter referred to as "Library") from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event. This release includes any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by the negligence of the Library or otherwise. (required)

Content Ownership
