Dates: October 24-31

Time: Regular library hours

Since our Grey Lady Ghost Tours are resting in peace this season, we’re bringing you something a little more… spooktacular: Eerie Curiosities!

Three spaces in the library will be transformed into chilling, themed atmospheres:

  • Malevolent Chaos (Bayard Room)
  • Don’t Play Games After Dark (Basement alcove at the bottom of the stairs)
  • Eerie Curiosities: The Haunted Museum (The Browning Gallery)

No spooky season would be complete without our famous Grey Lady tales! These stories will be woven into the experience through immersive recordings, pulling you deeper into each eerie scene. To make the most of your visit, be sure to bring your phone and a set of headphones. Each area will be open during regular business hours, giving you plenty of time to explore and enjoy the chills.

⚠️ A note of caution: Some displays may be unsettling for younger or sensitive viewers. We recommend using the side entrances (the ramp door facing Amcor or the Archives entrance facing Lloyd) to bypass these areas if needed. While nothing will jump out or chase you, the scenes may still be a little too haunting for some.
